\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tShe is a prominent figure in cinematic animation, internationally recognized for the personal style of her works, which showcase her exceptional talent for drawing and creating dynamic, lively animations. She has received more than 90 awards at the most prestigious festivals worldwide, including Emmy and BAFTA awards. Her most emblematic short films feature Beryl, an iconic feminist animation character, who also lends her name to Quinn’s independent production company. Three of her films, Famous Fred (1996), The Wife of Bath (1988), and Affairs of the Art(2021), have been nominated for the Oscars.

Born in Birmingham, England, she studied art at Goldsmiths College before earning a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Middlesex University. Her first film, Girl\u2019s Night Out (1986), won three awards at the Annecy Festival and brought her international recognition. Since then, her work has been the subject of retrospectives around the world. In 2013, she was named an ASIFA International Animation Laureate.

Quinn is also a distinguished educator who teaches animation courses internationally.
